In August of last year, Eve & Co, a medical cannabis dispensary, partnered with Australian company TCann Pty Ltd to launch a service that will allow Australian customers to purchase bulk medical cannabis from a dedicated mail service. This is the first time this service has been made available overseas.

STRATHROY, Ontario, Aug. 18, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Eve & Co Incorporated (“Eve & Co”, “we”, “us” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: EVE; OTCQX: EEVVF), is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Natural MedCo Ltd. (“NMC”) has successfully entered into a Medical Cannabis Supply and Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) with TCann Pty Ltd., Australia (“TCann”), an import/export and distribution company of para-pharmaceutical, medicinal and narcotic products located in Thornleigh, New South Wales.
NMC will provide medical grade dried cannabis flower to TCann under the terms of the agreement, and TCann will distribute NMC medical grade dried cannabis goods in Australia. TCann is a licensed medical cannabis product grower and manufacturer. From their Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) accredited facility in Australia, TCann specializes on creating high-quality pharmaceutical-grade cannabis products for patients.
